What FluxSuite does
FluxSuite is a modular CRM platform for Belgian SMEs and entrepreneurs. The platform brings customer management, quotes, invoicing, project tracking and related business processes together in one place.
Specifically, FluxSuite offers:
- Customer management — a central place for all your customer data and contacts.
- Quotes — create, send, track and convert quotes into invoices.
- Invoicing — professional invoices with correct VAT calculation, payment tracking and PEPPOL support for electronic invoicing.
- Article management — a central article list for consistent prices and VAT rates.
- Project tracking — quotes, invoices and costs brought together per project, with financial tracking.
FluxSuite also expands modularly with additional functionality such as supplier management, stock management, work orders, maintenance contracts and more — each activated separately as needed.

Our business model
